Agricultural Recycling Manager Vacancy - Midlands
We are recruiting within the company and have a full-time, permanent Agricultural Recycling Manager position available in the Midlands region.
This excellent opportunity includes working with our team of By-product Sales and Recycling Field Officers in promoting and selling the benefits of the by-products we recycle to land. You will ideally be an active part of the farming community and your strong communication skills will help you to build good relationships with local farmers, enabling you to learn what their fertiliser needs are so that the supply and use of by-products for their maximum benefit can be achieved.
You will be home based in the region. Duties will include helping to identify new farm customers and recycling sites; supervision of daily recycling operations; soil sampling; mapping and risk assessments.
We will give you the support of our specialist, in-house technical team who will provide the training to ensure you fully understand the required tasks as well as the advantages and benefits of the by-products to be recycled. Ongoing technical/agronomic backup will then be given along with the opportunity for you to develop your career within the company.
Remuneration will be tailored to the individual and will include a competitive salary (subject to qualifications and experience), 25 days holiday plus the 8 recognised and customary Public Holidays, enrolment in our occupational pension scheme, use of a company funded vehicle and career progression.
