It’s a sad day at 4R as Team Rogers hang up their safety boots

Today we said goodbye to Richard and Diane Rogers who are retiring after being with us almost from the very start of 4R.

Diane has been a key part of running our head office, developing and managing our systems as the company has evolved over the years. From a handful of staff in the early days to looking after over 40 employees and all the IT, communications, office moves and HR requirements that come with it, it’s safe to say we will miss her organisational skills and her extensive knowledge of the business. Diane has also been PA to our Directors for many years and we are extremely thankful for all of the support she has given us.

Richard has also been with 4R for many years, managing our compliance and Health and Safety and providing both technical and operational support in our projects all over the country. Richard has set-up and managed all our ISO procedures and accreditations over the years, keeping a close eye on our records and carrying out regular audits and inspections. We will miss his significant attention to detail, fabulous humour and of course his amazing singing!

These two really have gone above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. We wish them both all the best for the future and hope they have a wonderful and very well-deserved retirement.
