Zero Accidents

4R Group is pleased to report that in the last 3 years we have had no RIDDOR reportable accidents.

But even better, last year we had no accidents reported at all!!! – ‘ZERO ACCIDENTS’.

We have achieved this by making sure everyone is committed to safety and that safety is their number one priority.

We make sure that employees understand the rules and why they are in place and that managers and supervisors enforce them.

We explain to our managers and supervisors the importance of setting a good example and following all safety rules themselves, for example, wearing the correct PPE and taking the same precautions as workers.  Managers and supervisors also lead the effort in identifying hazards and introducing controls to reduce them as far as reasonably practicable.

Accident prevention as an ongoing challenge. Managers, supervisors and employees need to focus on it every day, always improving in order to achieve zero accidents.
